I have known Dave Krassler for a long time. We had been out of touch for years and suddenly I was in the market for a new springer pup. Jennifer Broome of QK (Quinnebag Kennel) said that they had recently trained a springer from Citari Kennel and recommended I contact him. After see how much raw natural ability and easy learning his springers are at a early age.
I called Dave and was able to get a puppy just 7 weeks ago. The pup was from Sassy X Hawk. She is wonderful. House trained in two days, retrieving chukar wings at 9 weeks and just a few days ago (at 15 weeks) retrieving whole chukars in a “dead bird” training scenario. She is gentle and loving in the house, goes right to kennel when commanded and loves to tear it up in the bushes looking for dead chukar and bumpers. I am so pleased. She will be training at QK for the next two weeks, home a bit after that and back to QK for a few weeks more.
